Asked by:
Ken Sheridan unable to send replies in MS Communities Access forum

Question
-
Since early yesterday I've been unable to reply to posts in the MS Communities Access forum, and weirdly all of my replies to earlier threads have been deleted. If any of you who regularly participate in that forum spot any threads where the OP is anticipating a reply from me perhaps you'd be kind enough to let the OP know of my predicament. If you have access to the forum administrators perhaps you could also draw their attention to my problem, with a view to fixing it.
Many thanks in anticipation.

Hi Ken,
I can read this thread, and answers to other threads, a.o. to the thread of DBoydNL.
I have had a couple of times that I could not see my answers to some threads, but after some time all was normal again.

I have no trouble replying in this forum; it's MS Communities Access forum which is the problem. I can reply to posts here as usual, but in that forum I can't reply or start a new thread. I can read the threads, but nothing else. I know that a number of regular responders here are, like me, active in the MS Communities forum also, so I'm seeking help from one of them to alert users who are expecting replies from me there, and if possible get the forum administrators to look into it.
A number of users there have asked why I've deleted earlier replies, and when I've checked, it looks as though all my past replies have disappeared.Ken Sheridan, Stafford, England

Ken, I don't know if you saw this, but your profile on the Communities forum says, "This profile is being reviewed by site moderators." I have no idea why. I see no link to support for that forum, but will pass this question on to acquaintances that are moderators on that forum.

Reply from volunteer moderator Nathan Roberts:
"Hey there, HansV MVP
This is most likely caused by filters this forum uses. I have raised this up to the Forum Owners and the Administrators so they can take a look. However, this won't be until tomorrow sometime - as they are not working at the moment."

Very many thanks to all of you who have replied, and taken the trouble to stand up on my behalf. Over all the years posting in the forums I have come to respect those, like you, who make their time freely available, not only for their technical and professional expertise, but also for their personal qualities which make me regard them both as colleagues and friends. The help I have received over the last few days demonstrates beyond any doubt how true that has been.

Ken,
You deserve nothing less considering everything you do for this community on a daily basis for years, and decades now! It is just a shame that an account can be rendered suspended yet no one is available to reactivate it on a weekend?!
I'd still love to know what prompted them, or their new filters!, to suspend your account considering some of the other garbage that seem to get through just fine. Considering the age of your profile, the quantity of your contributions, it is absurd that your account could even fall into a questionable status. I'm just glad things got sorted out properly.
