CEDB grows up infinite RRS feed

  • Question

  • In the last time we encounter more and more the problem that CEDB grows up infinite. After some investigations we saw that  launch of some  .NET applications causes the problem. We were not able to isolate the area within the .NET application which causes the problem. We checked CEDB and find that one entry for "repllog.exe" is inserted after each reboot.

Does anyone know where this behavior comes from?

    Thanks.

  • Thanks for your answer,

at the time we already have a own program which deletes duplicate CEDB entries. We advise customers which encounter the problem to run this program after each reboot. But i think there must be an other solution to prevent this behavior.

By the way the "repllog" entry is also set when the device is not connected via ActiveSync! Is is enough to start the .NET application and reboot for set a new entry.
