  • What does one that's having issues with Windows need to do to speak with a actual Microsoft tech for support that understands English and knows their way around a computer instead of these Non English speaking third party white branded techs over seas that cant understand English and rely on a flow chart to navigate through Windows OS? I didn't have my current issue until I let Microsoft's pitiful excuse for tech remote into my system and F'd my system up to the point where It wouldn't boot into windows and recovery options didn't work either. I"m not gonna waste my time going into details of my current issue till someone takes the time to reply since all other attempts to seek help on these forums have been ignored.

    In case your issue is not Kinect v2 related, this is definitely the wrong forum to post in.
    In case it is Kinect v2 related, you also lucked out because they show up once in a blue moon in this forum. Moreso since the device is discontinued officially.
