Failed to apply transformation in 'Web.config'

First, y try to install the GoogleMapControl with NuGetPacketManagment and throw me the same issue, so just i delete the Web.config file and now i can install it.

Now i want to install GoogleMapControl.Samples, throw me the same error but i can't do the same process cuz when i install it the Web.config appear again.

Here it's the full Message:

Error applying transformation in 'web.config' in project 'project' No element in document matches '/configuration/system.web/pages'

Hi,

It seems to complain because your web.config doesn't have a https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.web.configuration.pagessection?view=netframework-4.8 section. Add one by hand and try again?

BTW it means it could be a "Web Forms" control. "Web Pages" is another UI technology.
