Hey, I am formatting my laptop and upgrading to Windows 8.1 and Visual studio 2013 ... I will be developing an app for windows 8.1 and windows phone 8 both... but I am a bit confused about which Visual studio file to download from my MSDN account...
keeping in mind my needs (windows 8.1 app and windows phone 8 app) can anyone suggest me which Visual Studio to go with....
I think Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate RC ... will be the best... but I cant find it in MSDN.
