Error when launching web page from VS 2019

I recently had my laptop reimaged and VS 2019 loaded. I am opening a web application that has been running successfully (in VS2017) using IIS Express. When I attempt to run it now, I get the following error:

There was a temporary DNS error. Try refreshing the page. Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND.  

Nothing has changed in the code. But I don't know if it's an issue with VS 2019 or a setting on my laptop. I am running windows 10 on the laptop and using IE 11.

Any help/insight would be appreciated.

Hi baldwinjohn,

get the following error:

There was a temporary DNS error. Try refreshing the page. Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND.  

If possible, please check whether you can browse the site if you access it from IE11 using InPrivate browsing or another browser.
