Silverlight Client Refresh problem RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have a application installed with my client for more than 2 years now and they changed to a virtual server and now some users are saying that the Refresh button is not working (sometimes) they have to quite the application and start it up again to see a new created Order in Orders Overview for example.

    They use a RDP session.

    Does anyone know anything that I can check?

    This is very annoying and time consuming problem for them...

  • I can only tell you that our application (Silverlight client) runs on a 2012 R2 virtual machine running on Hyper-V and we have no problem. So I don't know that it being virtualized has anything to do with your issue.

    That is what I tought because there are other users also on RDP without this problem...

    I cleared the silverlight cache without luck...
