New Subscriber Downloads Mock-ups RRS feed

  • General discussion

  •

We have been taking the feedback on the new Subscriber Downloads UI launched in April 2008, feedback received on an alternative navigation A-Z list posted in May, and ad hoc comments that have been seen in various forums and blogs around the internet - and incorporated them all into a series of user interface mock-ups that we plan to develop and launch very shortly.

The images are intended to present a walkthrough of what a typical user would see while navigating around the MSDN, TechNet, or Expression Subscriptions Benefits Portals.  Please check out the images and tell us what you like, what you dislike, and what you would like to see changed.  These mock-ups are MSDN branded - the same changes will be made for TechNet and Expression.

The mock-ups of the new user interface design for Subscriber Downloads can be found at

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/bb980944.aspx.

We are interested in your constructive criticism of the new user interface design.  Please use the links below to indicate whether you like or dislike this style of navigating to our products. The links are simple “mailto” links that will pre-fill out the subject line and body of an email message that will go to a mail box we’ve setup to capture feedback.

Thanks again for your time and opinions!
