5010 837P RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a project were i create a 837P file of 4010 format. Since this has to be replaced with 5010 in by this year end, I have downloaded the 5010 cumulative package for the BizTalk Server 2009 and started using the 5010 837P schema in my map. The map failed with the following errors:

Not sure why there will  be a mandatory segment missing in N4, as I have populated both the N401,402 and 403. other than these I have not populated anything in the N4 -N4_SubscriberCity_State_ZIPCode. I'm not sure why this error occurs. It also looks like there is no need for any other elements in the N4 segment. Has anyone implemented 5010 for 837P and had this kind of errors initially ?

Any feed back would be much appreciated:

Test Map failure for map file

    Component invocation succeeded.

    Thanks!!

  • Hi,

I figured out that N4 Payer Address is mandatory and that was not mandatory in 4010 and once providing a proper payer address the error went away!

    Thanks!!

  • Can you check the segments just before and after the N4 too. Try validating the output of map with the schema directly.
