Dynamic database schema RRS feed

Dynamic data is great from what I've seen. Here's my current challenge now. We have an application that dynamically creates and destroys mssql database tables. Is there a way to get dynamic data to detect those changes and perform the CRUD operations on those new tables that are created? I'm thinking that this probably has more to do with the data source that anything. Can anyone point me in a good direction?

Dynamic Data depends on a Linq to SQL or Entity Framework data model to operate currently. It reads over the classes that are created in the data model to build its pages and such. There are command line tools for re-generating these data models so you could automate it but it would restart the application.
