Vista OS... no way to install RRS feed

  • Help!!!

Installed new Seagate hard drive on Dell XPS M1330 laptop, loaded Vista 32 -bit Home Premium, installed drivers and booted up perfectly. Went to Microsoft Update center and on automatic restart, Boot Manager window popped up and said Vista OS will not open. The window asked that I reinstall Vista but the cd drive will not install Vista from original CD. Ran F12 diagnostics for three hour with no problems. Computer will not open in Safe Mode. F2 recognizes hard drive.

Tried to re-order the Boot Sequence from the F2. No help.

    USB does not work either

The only window I get on restart is the same Boot Manager error Oxc000000f. Nothing else is on the screen.

My Iomega with Image file will not open using the USB port

Can anyone advise how the reinstall Vista or corrective action????
