Meeting requests in Outlook 2003 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello there

I have a question if it is even possible to do. So let me expain as good as possible (my apoligies for my english, im from holland, and sometimes it is hard to expain in english what i mean.)

Our secretary (person A) is allowed to make meeting request in the name of the manager. So when she makes an appointment in the agenda of the manager, she gets the reply's and she has the option to check who has replied to the appointment and not.

But when she make's an appointment in her own agenda, and drags it to the agenda of the manager, she cannot check it anymore who has accept the inventation. But she still gets an message when someone accepts the inventation.

Where using office 2003 with sp3 and exchange 2003 up to date.

so my question is. Is it possible in office 2003 to use the option check to see who has accepted the inventation? Or is it only possible in newer versions of office? (we are going to migrate to office 2010 this year.)

    Kind regards

    Mark v Kessel
