OLE Object (jpg image) is not displaying in Form

Question

Dear All,

I added a OLE Object (i.e. jpg image) in the Photo field of a table in a Microsoft Access 2010 database. In the datasheet view of the table, it displays as "Package".When I open the form, photo image only displays as a jpg icon symbol. I have to double-click on this jpg icon symbol for the photo image to be displayed in a pop-up window. How do I get the jpg image to be displayed automatically in the form?

Is this an embedded or linked image? Embedding OLE Objects will cause your database to grow significantly in size. It's generally recommend to keep files outside of the database. You might want to consider using an Image control in this instance:
