HOw to make a string bold RRS feed

Answers

  • Hello,

    You can't make string variable "bold". Simply - Bold is not applicable to variables.

    You may say - I want to paint/draw data from string variable as in Bold format.

    So you need an element which will display (paint/draw) your data with options to manage appearance.

    There is plenty of them

    - Label

    - TextBox

    - RichTextBox & etc...

  • Strings are not bold but instead can include code which can be used in a RichText control or a web browser control or when working with a Label the entire label would be set to bold.

    Example on a web browser

    Dim someVariable As String = "Hello <strong>Karen</<strong>"
    WebBrowser1.DocumentText = someVariable
