  • Hello Varul,

Please note the following points before Signing up for a Free Trail subscription.

    1. Your Azure profile should be complete with all the details provided which includes Address, city, zip code and other details.

    2. You have to use a valid credit credit. Debit cards, pre-paid cards and virtual cards are not accepted by Microsoft Azure. Credit Card is a mandate for signing up for Azure Subscription. One of the ways we keep prices low is to verify that account holders are real people, not bots or anonymous trouble-makers. We use the phone number and credit card for identity verification. We do not charge your credit card anything, but you may see a Rs 2 verification hold on your credit card account, which is removed within 3 to 5 days by your bank.

    3. As per Free Trial Policy it is limited to one offer per new customer. If you have ever had a free trial on any other account it will restrict you from creating another one now.

Here is the Link for Azure free trial FAQ : https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/free-account-faq/

You may be able to purchase any other paid offers : https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/legal/offer-details/

In case if you still face any issues, please create a support ticket with Azure Subscription team and you will be assisted further. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request

    Hope that helps !

    Regards,

    Shubham
