During verification process symantec says that my account was cancelled


  • We want to have a company dev app account. When symantec sent us the email to approval it already said that it was rejected or approved. We contacted symantec on their chat and they told us, that accoridng to their system the account was canceled. I tried to change approval person and company name (just deleted a comma) in the account in hope that it will trigger new process, but so far nothing happened. How can I trigger new ID verification process?

    We have an app waiting to submit.
