one of report have invalid index error HRESULT: 0x8002000B DISP_E_BADINDEX

using 8.5 method have above error in local development machine

using 2008 method can show data in report nomally in local development machine

My question is why are you trying to use CR 8.5? It's very very old technology so most DB clients are not supported or OS's. 8.5 has been out of support for 10 years now. Use 2008 current versions and then they will be supported on current OS's.
