setup exchangeserver for several websites RRS feed

  • Question

  • I host several companies web sites and use a commercial e-mail program. I want to start using Exchange 2013 to host all the e-mail accounts. So I have email addresses for say mail@companyabc, mail@abccompany, and mail@xyzcompany. How would I setup ad and exchange to handle this situation?

  • Hi

You need to own those domains and you can add them under accepted domains in Exchange.

You can create a policy to assign the default address etc. for each domain.

Hope this helps. Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.

  • I control all the domains on the server. That may be all I need to do. Thanks. If I have any other questions I'll ask them.
