Metro UI Control Panel - I can't find the Control Panel tile in the Start Menu

i cant find the metro ui control panel, i didn't unpin the tile, and i also try to start it from the system32 folder, but im still unable to open it

here's how you can get it back. pressing Windows + F (search), search for control panel in apps, right-click the tile and pin it back.
