Hi,
System - windows server 2008 SP2 Standard virtual machine with two drives C(windows drive ) and D(complete blank )
SQL Setup disk - SQL Server 2012 SP1 English 64 bit Standard Edition
On Installation wizard cheked Database engine services , Management Tools - Basic , Management Tools - Complete and SQL client connectivity SDK .
moved with installation wizard as installation and other folder structure in D drive as much as possible , rest values default .
During installation progress a message appeared " A MOF Syntax error occured. "
After that a status window appears and in list
Database Engine Services - FailedImportant History ,
I followed above process as it is on this virtual machine executed sucessfully . Due to some issue complete D drive crashed and disappeared , so i faced above problem when i added space to virtual machine server again as new D drive of same size and again executed sql server setup after uninstall old entries in add/remove program of windows .

Hello ,
First of all thanks alberto and other forum member for reply ,
I Started from point of analysis from "detail.txt" and tried to installed setup but everytime i got error as i mentioned above and now i just resolved the issue . In the series of analysis events, i came to try a command in windows command prompt .
Winmgmt /verifyrepository
this command resulted "WMI repository is inconsistent" .
So to fix this issue i used "Winmgmt /salvagerepository" and it worked after that Winmgmt /verifyrepository showed that repository is consistent .
( for more information regarding WMI and command please check ,http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa394582(v=vs.85).aspx

)
After this i cleaned the sql server files and all rest components from Add and remove program and re-installed sql server . It installed with no issues .

I was hopeful this would have solved my SQL 2014 installation, but it didn't.
Here's a link to a more thorough WMI repair that worked for me under different circumstances:

Try running with service account or run as administrator.
Add your username to local administrator group and retry the installation.
2008 also and resolution was the cu: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2387686
Try with sp1 slip stream: here in the link
