  • Hi Luzann,

    Welcome to MSDN forum.

According to your description, you are using a hosted agent. VSTS provide 240 minutes of free total compute time per month from a hosted agent to run a build or a release. If you are using Hosted agent when queue a build or create a release and your build time is used up. You need to buy Hosted pipeline not private pipeline.

You could refer to following to check your hosted agent minutes, browse to Account settings page -> Build and Release -> Resource limits. URL sample: https://{your_account}/_admin/_buildQueue?_a=resourceLimits
