PeopleSoft adapter getting error - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Question
-
Hi,
We are using PeopleSoft adapter to connect with PeopleSoft Component Interface (CI) to create Time sheets but we are geting the below connectivity error frequently from adapter in our eventlogs. we are not clear whether its a issue of BizTalk or PeopleSoft server.
Error:
Runtime Error : An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
BizTalk Setup:
BizTalk Server 2010
BizTalk Adapter Pack 2010
PeopleSoft Setup:
PeopleSoft Version Number : 9.0
People Tools: 8.52
We have tried connecting with two PeopleSoft servers (1. PS DEV server & 2. PS TEST server) but getting the same error.
Pls help to resolve this.
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Elango
Chennai.

hi,
Thanks for your reply. I missed to add the below point,
The connection is working fine sometimes and we can able to create time sheets but some times it doesnt work and the above error is logged in our event log.
Also firewall wont be an issue since the BizTalk and PeopleSoft servers are in our same internal network and our firewalls are disabled.
There may be there is some network issue or your People soft server is unable to Open new threads for your request. I would also suggest to verify People soft server logs for additional information .
I would also suggest to check whether you are posting correct message or not.
Thanks
Abhishek

There can be Multiple reason for your error "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host".
There may be changes that data you are sending to Peoplesoft is not correct or Server itself is not responding.
Can you verify logs on both People soft and BizTalk Server for any additional information .
Thanks
