Microsoft Access Security Notice on client's computer RRS feed

  • Hi Guys,

    I am Access 2010 profesional edition and MS Access Runtimes on my clients computers.
    When user wants to open MS Access with FE he has error:

    It is possible to avoid this error on client's computer? 
    Or i have to manually change his/her computer registry ? 

    Please help,

  • It's not an error, it's a warning. Tell your client to ignore it. It will always happen with Runtime the first time the file is opened.. Make sure the FE and BE files are in Trusted Locations though.

  • Yes, these can be avoided by tweaking the registry either manually or through vbscript.  Setting up a Trusted Location for the Front-End and adjusting the Sandbox mode (if required).
