Microsoft Account w/Outlook.com w/ Pre-existing Azure Account RRS feed

  • Around 7 or 8 years ago I created my Azure account/subscription and it was tied to my Microsoft Id/Account.

    A few years ago I moved my email to Outlook.com 

    Since then my accounts have been intermingled and it's very confusing. I've been trying to unravel this since then. I am afraid if I cancel a subscription to start over it will cause issues with my email azure instance.

  • No worries, you can reach out to Azure subscription management team by creating a support request (free). The support personnel would be able to assist you on this and if require they will do the right mapping of your Azure subscription with the email id you want to login with.
