RichTextBox Reject True .ttf Type Font File RRS feed

  • I'm using a Music Notation .ttf format True Type Font file in my applicationthat I need (I tried at least 8 different .ttf Music Notation Font Files does the same). When I try to load it Visual Studio 2008 VB Reject the file saying it not a True Type Font it doesn't do this to in my old visual basic 6.0 What's up is this a bug or does it require code to achieve loading the .ttf Font

  • Hello,

    As I know, visual Basic 6.0 supported standard fonts for backward compatibility; Visual Basic .NET supports only TrueType and OpenType fonts. How do you load it? In addition, you may also post your issue on the Visual Basic General Forum so you can get better and quicker response as this fourm here is for the setup of .net framework.
