Changing default color of form fields RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have some form fields I am using in a very basic document. The default color of a form field is gray, then once input is entered, I have it set up to Remove content control. The entry retains the "Normal" style and is no longer gray. My difficulty is that I have just a few fields in a text-heavy document and the gray default color is not very obvious to the user. Is there a way to make the default color something brighter, but that will still retain the "Normal" style after an entry has been made? I've played a bit with "Use style to format contents" but that doesn't seem to be related to what I want to do. Thanks.
