Issue with Image loading in Ajax RRS feed

  • Question

  • User779033375 posted

    Hi All,

    We have issue with image loading while using AJAX

    - We are using UpdatePanel to validate the request.

    Issue:

    On page load below code is working fine.

    imgVefrification.ImageUrl = "ImageValidate.aspx";

    On button click after validating the image value, if validation fails we are trying to call it again.

    But image is not getting refreshed (Debug is not hit/process "ImageValidate.aspx" page)

    Please suggest.

    Hi saffy,
      As per your case,I have been shared my suggestion below :

    1.By using "imageURL" property, have to assign an image file only
        (Ex:  imgVefrification.ImageUrl = "ImageValidate.jpg"; )
    2. For refresh your image, have to set Postbacktrigger in the updatepanel & assign it to particular control

    For your reference, the corresponding code snippet below :

    <asp:UpdatePanel ID="UpdPnl" runat="server">
         <ContentTemplate>
           <asp:Image ID="img" runat="server" />
           <asp:Button ID="btnRefresh" runat="server" Text="Refresh"></asp:Button>
          </ContentTemplate>
     <Triggers>
         <asp:PostBackTrigger ControlID="btnRefresh" />
     </Triggers>
    </asp:UpdatePanel>

    If the above ideas not working in your side. please post the relevant Code snippet because its more helpful us to solve your issue.
