Is it possible to write "Please wait...." page using httphandlers and httpmodules. I want to write generic wait page at application level which will ignore page level code changes.

    thanks

    Hi, chawra

It is not a better way to use HttpModules and HttpHandles to create a 'Please Wait' page. Because, you can change the content of the page at the EndRequest event and show the custom 'Please wait page' to the end use. However, the complex process has already been terminated at this point and the 'Pleasewait' does not mean anything. I suppose you need to show the 'please wait' page and carry on the complex process at synchronization. After the process ends, you should show the result page to the clients. So how about using Ajax technology and use the Timer control to watch the process.

I hope the above information will be helpful. If you have any issues or concerns, please let me know. It's my pleasure to be of assistance
