    Assuming that you already have Google Analytics integrated into your site, you should simply be able to log into it and check the "Audience" tab on the right. From there, you can select a specific filter for a timespan such as an Hourly, Daily, Weekly or Monthly report :

    Selecting the "Month" option should provide you with an overview of the number of Views or Visits that your site receives per month.

    Google Analytics is fairly straight forward to use and doesn't really require any server-side code. You'll just need to sign up for it and drop a single <script> section within the <head> area of your Layout page (or at the top of each of your individual views).

    You can find a very basic tutorial to use it below :

    When you generate the script for your account, simply drop it into the bottom of your <head> element just prior to the closing </head> tag and it should begin gathering data shortly after.

    Hi

    I wrote google analytics code. It is going to catch block. Following is the code -

    DataQuery query = new DataQuery(DataFeedUrl);
    query.Ids = this.AccountId;
    query.Metrics = "ga:totalEvents";
    query.Dimensions = dimension;
    query.GAStartDate = startDate.Value.ToString("yyyy-MM-dd");
    query.GAEndDate = endDate.Value.ToString("yyyy-MM-dd");
    query.NumberToRetrieve = maxResults;
    query.Sort = "-ga:totalEvents";
    if (!string.IsNullOrEmpty(filter))
    {
    query.Filters = filter;
    }
    DataFeed actual = Connector.Query(query);

    Program is going to Catch block after the above line in bold. It is giving eror "Invalid CredentialException" Any idea why this is happening?

    Thanks in advance
