    what is the best way to save treeviews/treeview data?

  • It really depends on what you are doing with that data.

     

    If it is settings (like user preferences), then you can use the Settings class - which saves the values into a config file.

     

    If it is data that you plan to use for other purposes, you may want to write it to a database.
