    Is there a way to find out what the default font and size, the user is using?

    Do you mean the font used to display Outlook items? If so, I suggest you try AutoFormatRule.Font property.

    Thanks for the reply. I am looking to get the default font the user has when writing out an email. I think it's automatically set to Calibri.

    They can set this in the Outlook options.

  • Hello Darryl,

    Outlook store font settings in the windows registry. Take a look at the following registry hive:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\MailSettings
     where 14.0 stands for the Outlook version.
