In my opinions:
- You can generate the relevant scripts like insert/update statement, in Mysql syntax, within Oracle DB.
- And then apply the scripts into Mysql DB.

Hi mike4u,
DBConvert for Oracle and MySQL is a database conversion tool that accomplishes fast and accurate two-way migration from MySQL to Oracle server and in opposite direction. You could try to use it.

Use ODBC to make connection to Oracle and copy tables with INSERT INTO SELECT * FROM TABLExxx via the ODBC connection.
