logic app based architecture RRS feed

  • Question

  • Currently we have EDI system based on Biztalk. What I did I developed single process for one transaction say 850 and in that process I load may dynamically based on trading partner.

Can I follow same pattern in logic app develop one workflow per trasnaction and load map (xslt) based on trading partner id?

For biztalk I store this info in sql table and load map name. I am thinking I can store such info in SQL storage (table storage)

and use another logic app workflow to load map name or I can use Azure function to do that?

Is my understanding is correct or there can be better way to do this?

  • Hi,

You can use Integration Account metadata for storing the values, find more details here

  • That is awesome Padma,

    So in summary you can:

    1) Create agreements and within those agreements

    2) Add metadata information like routing urls (as per example), but also Map names, etc.

    3) When the message arrived, based on the agreement you can access the metadata fields and use that to dynamically setup what map will be executed.

Dnyanbhar, I think you will find this a great feature.

    Cheers, Wagner
