  • Hi,

I'm wondering which is your network adapter, Ethernet (wired) or WiFi (wireless)?
Would you provide the exact name of NIC (Network Interface Card)?
You can find it in Device Manager.

    #  If it is Ethernet, you can download the latest and genuine driver from Realtek site.

  • Get (loan) any other USB ethernet or wi-fi adapter that has in-box driver.

Or, find and download the driver on another machine and bring it to yours on a USB drive (advanced).
