Installation issue - MS Access 2013

Question

Greetings.

Downloaded a stand alone image of MS Access 2013. It downloads a 2 Gb Disc image file Access2013 to my hard drive C:/users/alan/downloads.

When this is clicked it creates a DVD Drive (F:) with what looks like an IP address.

On the F: drive are three items:

1. office (the directory/folder)

2. autorun  (which presumably should run)

3. setup

When I click on setup nothing happens at all. Any thoughts?

Hello Alan,

Where did you get the image file? Is it CTR version or MSI version?

Have you tried to run the setup as Administrator? Is the autorun run-able?
