  • Hey dragon (or is it just "Evil"?):  we don't have that work ported.  One of our devs on the team started playing with this at our Dallas hackathon but nothing is done & ready.  How are you looking to use it?  Would love more info from you so we can take that into consideration for our plans.

  • hey Ben, Evil ranges or Sven.
We have implemented a configurator with a 360 ° view and drag&drop or grab / release. Anything with jQuery, PHP and MySQL. We have extended the kinict.js from the
    1.8 SDK.

Now we want the whole thing with the Kinict 2.0 and SDK 2 try.

  • Same situation for our group. We are developing a web app (also with jQuery) with some buttons and drag and drop interactions (based on jQueryUI) with an extended version of Kinect-1.8.0.js library.

Now it won't be working at all with the new Kinect since there is no WebserverBasics for SDK v2.

Thanks for considering it, Ben and "+1" for the developer working on it at the hackathon!

  • +1  to these efforts.  Thinking that it might be a very quick and dirty way for other platforms (eg Mac) to use the Kinect.  Thanks for the response.
