DirectWrite Custom TextRenderer with cleartype

  • I'm trying to create a custom D2D renderer for creating outlined normal sized fonts. The problem I'm running into is that as soon as you make a custom renderer, you forfeit the nice font rendering that comes from the normal RenderText or RenderTextLayout calls provided by D2D.

    Am I able to get the best of both worlds?
