my webservice i.e svc file is not running in server RRS feed

    hello

    i dont know why i m not able to run my svc file in server ..its perfectly working in my own machine but when i upload it , it saying "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:5702"

    is there anybody who can help me out plz..

    my svc file location is http://admin.manpowerlink.com/host/mp.svc

    and one more thing when i run this link through browser then it is saying "

    <serviceHostingEnvironment multipleSiteBindingsEnabled="False" />

    "

    nothing happening for both true and false cases??

    what is the problem i m really very much upset coz of that , please

    Hence, the host folder needs to be converted into a web application through IIS.

    You need to verify that the port 5702 is open for HTTP.

    As for the serviceHostingEnvironment element, this can only be used in web.config files located within application folders.  Your host folder is not set as an application, thus you receive this error.  Move this element to your web.config at the application level.

    i have already tried ..if i moved that element to application level then my svc file is saying

    The type 'ServiceLayer.MPLINK', provided as the Service attribute value in the ServiceHost directive, or provided in the configuration element system.serviceModel/serviceHostingEnvironment/serviceActivations could not be found.
