  • Hi Nikhil Rajan,

In my opinion, yes, you are allowed to associate library share on another machine to one TFS Server. Please see the following articles for a good reference:

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee518919.aspx#BKMK_AddaNewLibraryServerandRetireanOldLibraryServer

    Thanks.

  • I had logged in to TFS machine as TFS admin and opened up Team Foundation Server Administration Console. There in the application tier I chose Lab management. I tried to reconfigure the library shares. But my requirement is that I need to add an additional library share to the project collection , such that i can retain the old and also use the new one. But in the console that opened up , I only have an option to delete the old one and give the path of a new one

Any work arounds .. so that my project collection have two separate library shares residing on different machines
