  • Hi,

    Thank you for posting here.

The issue seems to be caused by the length of the installer path.

When you copy the unzipped and unpacked files to a short folder name at the root of the drive it should work without any error.

    Hi,

Thank you for answer my question. On my POC environment, the installer path is C:\AS,I think it's short enough...

The error show "following tasks failed: SetupvSwitch, CopyVhdx_Local",could it be a network problem?

  • Hi,

As an interim solution, please repave and redeploy Azure Stack

Meanwhile we are checking with the team and get back to you as earliest as possible.

  • You have a problem with the IP configuration. If you are doing this in LAB then ensure you are able to connect to internet.

Ex if a provider has given an IP then it should be like 192.168.1.XXX so that when the network is created the IP's can be integrated with the Azure POC series.

When you boot into the Azure stack before you start see the ipconfig and check what IP you are using. Do you have any more IP's available.

Please re-run and share the logs again.

    Regards.
