Azure SQL Data Sync in New Portal

Question

I have requested the early access for the new portal and have got replies that it is done.  Still after several days I cannot find anything in the new portal for data sync.    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/sql-database/sql-database-get-started-sql-data-sync  is where I am finding the information.  I cannot use the old portal since then new 2.0 data sync tool needs the new portal according to several other forums.  How long will it take to show up or am I just going to have to wait until the 15th when it is available to all customers?

I would assume as soon as I can view  Sync to other databases in the portal on a SQL DB then it would be available
