Azure technical support request almost 4x maximum initial response time - Points of contact RRS feed

  • I have a Developer support subscription on my azure account and I submitted a support request using it at approximately 11am yesterday. I have still received no response. The status changed to Pending this morning at 9am GMT, roughly 22 hours after I originally submitted the support request. It is still pending now, approximately 31 hours after submitting the request, and I have received no response.

    Azure provide a table explaining what each support package offers.

    In any event, the table (found here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/support/plans/) denotes a "maximum initial response time" od "<8 hours". So I'm almost four times over that.

    Are there any other points of contact where I can bring someone's attention to this as it's ridiculous? I have looked everywhere, and short of creating a new support issue and asking someone what the hell I'm actually paying for I'm not sure what to do.
