  • Question

  • Dear Experts:

    I use the VS2010 tool such as web reference or svcutil.exe/wsdl.exe to interpret the Third-party provided WSDL/XSD documents,
    I always got the error of "Undeclare type" or "structure description contain the invalid syntax", making VS2010 unable reading the element in the document.

    When I use VS2010 to looked inside the XSDs, VS2010 show the error when import the namespace 'http://www.opentravel.org/OTA/2003/05',
    Some said it could be the double array in the Opentravel document...

    Some documet code below:

    <xs:schema xmlns="http://bos.service.resadapter.myidtravel.lhsystems.com" xmlns:ns3="http://www.opentravel.org/OTA/2003/05" attributeFormDefault="unqualified" elementFormDefault="qualified" targetNamespace="http://bos.service.resadapter.myidtravel.lhsystems.com" version="1.1" xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">

    <xs:import schemaLocation="OTA_AirAvailRQ.xsd" namespace="http://www.opentravel.org/OTA/2003/05" />

    ...

    <xs:complexType name="MyIdTravelEmployeeData">
        <xs:sequence>
          <xs:element name="employeeId" type="xs:string" />
          <xs:element name="employingAirline" type="xs:string" />
          <xs:element name="dateOfEmployment" type="xs:date" />
          <xs:element name="passengerID" type="ns3:RPH_Type" />
          <xs:element name="travellerId" type="xs:string" />
          <xs:element minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="1" name="bookingMode" type="xs:string" />
        </xs:sequence>
      </xs:complexType>

    ...

    Could someone tell me how to make it readable to the VS2010?

    Appreciated!

  • Hi,

    Did you evolve on this?

    If so, can you share a sample .Net project?

    Best regards
