Complete error message for jobs in Sql Server Agent

Hi,

One of my job failed and when i see the history of that job, i dont see the complete error msg.

how can i see the exact err msg.

as my SP has many logs, most of the logs are captured in that err msg but not the exact error

Open Job history and you may click on the error step and see the bottom pane. You will be able to see the complete error message.
