Could not resolve CoreCLR path RRS feed

    I have  Windows 10 prof  and  install 

    Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019

    Version 16.7.6

    A simp c# program    to rotate  file names  

    Generate  error  

    Description: A .NET Core application failed.

    Application: RotateFile.exe

    Path: c:\bin\RotateFile.exe

    Message: Could not resolve CoreCLR path. For more details, enable tracing by setting COREHOST_TRACE environment variable to 1.
