  • Thanks for asking question! Could you please confirm if you are using multi container or single to help you better on this?

We're migrating from MSDN to Microsoft Q&A as our new forums and Azure App Service has already made the move!  In future, you can ask and look for the discussion for Azure App Service related questions here:   https://docs.microsoft.com/answers/topics/azure-webapps.html

We are actively working to onboard remaining Azure services on Microsoft Q&A. We will make a public announcement once complete. Want to Learn more about new platform: Microsoft Q&A Getting Started

  • Hello Sameer,

Does your container work locally? Also, please check to make sure your container listens on 2222/TCP for your credentials.

By using TCP tunneling you can create a network connection between your development machine and Web App for Containers over an authenticated WebSocket connection. It enables you to open an SSH session with your container running in App Service from the client of your choice.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have further questions
