    What will be the security must be implement in HTML based Website. why it hacked secondly how to find outdated scripts in html website.

    If your site is purely HTML, it is very difficult to hack. The only way the site can be hacked is if someone gains access to the server itself and alters the file content that way. Server security is not a suitable topic for these forums. Nor is discussion of non-ASP.NET sites, really.
