problem using local database cache in vs2008

Hello, I noticed that after adding a local database cache item to my WPF project and setting up the remote server and client SQL Compact Database, that the OK Button at the bottom is disabled. The 'add' button at the bottom of the cached tables listbox is equally disabled. I can even configure the tables for offline use. Is something i am doing wrong? Is there a way to tell if i have SQL Server Compact installed or not? I am on VS2008 SP1 and .NET 3.5 SP1. Thanks
