Any framework for dynamic number of fields and powerful as entity framework? RRS feed

  • Any framework for dynamic number of fields and powerful as entity framework?

    would like to add and define fields in database, then i can use dynamic type instead of class to save into database

    use code reverse, it has to generate a class for each table,

    is it possible to save record without using class in entity framework?

    The answer is no.

    Since the entity framework is based on ADO.Net, if we do not want to use the entity class, we have to use a way like ADO.NET like below:

      string sql = "insert into [Order] values(9,'9','9')";

                    db.Database.ExecuteSqlCommand(sql);

                    db.SaveChanges();

    We need to spell the sql statement directly.

    Regards.

  • Since the entity frameowork works on .Net Frameowork, it is already thread safe.
