Capturing outgoing call RRS feed

  • Question

  • I need to program one background app to do this:

    1. First the user select one contact of its contact list (or dial one telephone number)
    2. At the moment he press call key init I must capture the call before get established
    3. I add one prefix to the selected or dialed number to make the call throught a local access number. The number must be similar to XXXXXXXXppYYYYYYYYY where X is the access telephone number, pp is a pause and Y the destination telephone number. Destination telephone number is dialed via DTMF once the local access telephone number answers.
    4. Dial the modified telephone number

The app must be started when the phone/pda powers on.

I have several doubts about this task.

Could the call be captured and hanged up before establishing it?
Can a windows mobile device dial strings as XXXXXXXXppYYYYYYYYY to send YYYYYYYY DTMF string when XXXXXXXX answer the call?
If possible, which documentation would be usefull for this task?
